I'd like to add a mailto link in an email template, but Hub doesn't seem to allow this.

It would be great to have a test-automation button at the stage level: click it once, and it runs every automated task in that stage back-to-back (e.g., every 10 seconds), so you can test the full stage without triggering each task manually.

Feature request -

When a startup submits a pitch deck using my embedded Decile form at https://alphaket.decilehub.com/submit_your_company, I don't receive an alert. I just discovered one was in my deal workflow that was submitted on June 9th.

Am I missing something? Can an email or some other alert be generated, to let me know a new deck has been submitted for review?

We should tag or otherwise make contacts filterable by their newsletter subscription status. Sometimes I send something out via the newsletter tool, but knowing which contacts are unsubscribed would enable me to follow up with important contacts manually.

Tried to find this guy on linkedin, but couldn't :)

With AI nowadays we can create and deploy more product than we can reasonably test and validate. So testing falls to users — and when it does, people often give up on a product instead of coming back to it. I'm flagging this because I think what you've built is good enough to be worth getting right.

Decile group's offering is frankly fantastic — a quick fund setup, a subfund with a licensed GP, and a first-class accelerator program. Product strategy is important, and it should be tied to GTM, branding and operations. That's exactly why the rough edges stand out: there are too many domain names. What's on FI vs decilehub.com vs mybrand.decilehub.com vs Slack — and who to go to for what — is quite confusing.

The standard response to this is more documentation, or a better AI chatbot to route the user. I think that just compounds the problem — you're adding surface to manage surface. The real solution is to refactor: simplify and consolidate the product surface a user needs to interact with.
A couple of directions I'd suggest:
  1. Treat MCP as a primary surface: Users are more and more working inside their own AI. I pull the sprints down to my own claude.  I work on them there, and let it update your database via MCP. My claude will have more context, you will save on tokens, and we follow the old adage "meet people where they are."
  2. Collapse a surface where you can.
    • In web, bring all the hub stuff under one nav, one domain name (decile, not FI).
    • This forum already copies the Slack #channel convention — so why not move the whole thing to Slack, or at least mirror it there? That's one less surface for the user maintain, and one less place for users to get lost.
To be clear, this is meant as the opposite of a complaint. The product is strong enough that a little tightening will take it from good to great.

Newsletter editing:

The tools and formatting options when editing a newsletter don't freeze/float as the draft scrolls. So, while I am okay with hotkeys for most of the formatting, something like linking is odd because:
Cmd+K opens a text box for url and text to display but one must scroll all the way up to fill it and save.
Cmd+K ideally puts focus in the text box so even blindly, I can assume that what I am typing is going into the link text not overwriting something in the middle of my newsletter and I can't find out where.

Again, the entire text editing tools should simply float rather than scroll with text.

Connector field bug:
See screenshot attached. None of the connectors is real. It looks like there may be 2 or more connectors already in my pipeline and somehow the field is populated with a mish-mash of 2 first names.

This has led to one awkward conversation where I asked for an introduction and my LP said they had no clue who that person was.

Deal Memo exporting:
I don't expect any founder would be happy if we share their docs and links as attachments to our deal memo. On the other hand if we have an ability as a fund manager to carve out a folder or a section where we upload our analysis (sensitivity analysis, reports, charts) and that is what we can select/unselect, that would be more relevant. Esp in deal share, the recipient is interested in our analysis, not the docs submitted by the company.

Deal Memo Export:
When I export a memo and I want to share it, I get the options to de/select what I want to share. I unselected 'ratings' bit it still appears.

I need ratings in the people directory tied to the person object so at a glance I know which pipelines they're in and how we have rated them

I'd like to be able to search my directory by City. So if I am going to a city I can see who in my directory is based there and reach out to them.

It would be great if there were a dashboard where I can quickly see the most active People in my decile hub account.  I'm confident that there are many who I've added to my fundraising pipeline that I forgot to add to my contact list in Wix for my newsletter distribution.  I'd love the ability to see a ranked list of people by number of touch points (emails, views of data room material, likes on LinkedIn).

Is it possible to reduce the number of colors in Decile Hub? The sheer number of colors is very overwhelming. The purple is also very strong in a lot of places.
